Sakineh Soltan

Sakineh Soltan was a minor wife of Iranian king Naser- al-Din Shah. She later married a provincial governor. These marriages afforded her ample opportunities to travel around the Qajar Empire. In addition to these travels in Iran, she visited Iraq and also completed the hajj.
